KTeller Mandrel Exhaust Tubing Kits

These Mandrel Bent Systems are just the tubing portion of the catback exhaust system. The kit will allow you to use any muffler you choose and design your own custom exhaust system. This kit is designed for high exhaust flow and easy installation. The exhaust flow has few obstacles because the kit is made with only smooth mandrel bends. The kit follows the OEM path and is routed like the OEM system.

Our exhaust “weld up” kits all are 100% mandrel bent for smooth airflow. Each “kit” is made to ensure top quality with our engineering department taking their time with each kit. We design these to perform and last while being purchased for an affordable price. The kits do not include a muffler but do end under the bumper where a muffler is to be welded onto the system. This is just the tubing portion of an oem style normal catback exhaust system. The kit will allow you to use a muffler of your choose and help you complete a custom designed exhaust system.

NOTE: All hardware such as: hangers, flange, gasket and clamps are included with this kit however the hangers do not come pre-welded and must be spot welded at the time of install. Due to the difference in many customers cars and setups, at times some fabrication (modifications) might be needed.
Material Differences: This Exhaust kit is available in stainless steel and aluminized mild steel. The Stainless Steel we use is T304 when available and at times 409 grade stainless steel. The Aluminized kits should usually last 3-5 years before wear starts but can vary based on location and care taken by the owner. We recommend you spray your welds (high temp paint) and take care of the kit regardless of material, as this will help with the longevity of any system.
Size: The piping used is measured in OD (Outside Diameter) and should be noticed when researching ground clearance and other specs. Please factor this in when measuring for clearance around sway bars and also cars that are extremely low.
